Joint evensong with St Peter's School York
The mixed choir was delighted to be joined by the choir of St Peter's School, York for an evensong of beautiful English choral music. After a hearty tea (during which some visitors were taken on a tour of college by one of the choral scholars), the combined choirs sang Francis Jackson's Magnificat and Nunc dimittis in G, and Stanford's Beati quorum via.

We really enjoyed singing with our visitors (whose director of music is a former Jesus organ scholar), and hosting them for dinner after the service.
